Here you can read about how the order process in the Geschenkeland-Erzgebirge works.

The Order Transaction:

1. Click left on the categories and choose your desired product.

2. Here you can read informations about the product and you can watch a image of the product.

3. By clicking "in cart" moves the product to your shopping cart.

4. Now you can naturally move more products in your shopping cart.

5. To view all selected products again you can always click on top of the bar on the "Shopping Cart" button. Here you can edit or delete the products again.

6. Your shopping cart looks good? Then you can click "Checkout" to start the payment process.

7. When you first buy from us, you must now choose this and enter your datas. If you already bought from us, you need only enter your e-mail address and password.

8. Now you are on the shipping information site. Here you can change your addresses and you can write a comment (if you want).

9. With a click on "Continue" you can choose the desired payment method. Here you must accept the "Conditions of Use".

10. With another click on "Continue" you can check all your data again and edit it (if necessary).

11. With a final click on "Confirm Order" the process is finished and the order is completed.

12. You will get an e-mail to every activity and you can check the status of you order in the members area any time.
